Day 1 of the Healthy Eating to Lose Weight Plan

Hello and Welcome to Day 1 of the Healthy Eating to Lose Weight 21 day Email Group

My name is Helen Smith, some in the group know me personally and some via the Facebook Pages I manage.

As the days go on I will give you a bit about my story and experiences but for today all I am going to say is “Well done!” for making the decision to make a difference in your life for whatever your reason is!!
Each email will give you the following:

• Why lose weight and feel great?
• A practical ‘dieting’ (hate that word) tip
• A recipe/meal idea
• A product/activity recommendation or action
• An inspirational quote to keep us going

I am really looking forward to working with you in this way, this is the first time I have worked a group like this online as normally I run face to face classes and seminars so I would really appreciate your honest feedback and maybe I can tailor the emails.

Please feel free to email me with anything. I am working the challenge with you as I completed the first part of my journey and lost 50lbs, dropped 4 dress sizes and felt amazing but let life creep on me and have gained a few pounds again which is not good for me, my style or my health!

TODAYS ACTION: Please weigh and measure yourself. It doesn’t matter what the figures are they are just numbers as a starting point. Measurements are really important as we forget as weeks go on and some weeks measurements show more than the pounds! I weigh in stones and pounds and measure in centimetres.
